Your day-to-day:

• Create and update financial models that feed into the Modus operating plan
• Participate in quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process
• Run ad hoc analysis and models on key business initiatives to deliver recommendations on potential success
• Serve as a business partner and advisor to sales and operations leaders on revenue, costs, and operating efficiency
• Partner with the analytics team to refine forecasts using historical data and to derive additional business insights
• Create and track KPIs that are crucial to the success of the business
• Help perform variance analysis and drive recommendations as needed

What you bring:

• Experience in driver-based model building that is scalable and flexible
• Ability to comprehend financial statements
• Strong Excel experience, including the ability to use formulas, functions, and pivot tables
• Strong written and verbal communications
• SQL experience required and PowerBI preferred
• Netsuite, GSuite, Adaptive, and Quickbooks Online experience preferred
• Your BUILDER mentality: you are excited about playing a role in building and growing a new company
• Bachelor’s degree (finance or accounting preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Title & Escrow experience is preferred, but not required
