We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team here at DomainTools. Your goal is to provide accurate and data based information on the company's profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity. You will research and analyze financial information to help the company make well informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account company’s goals and financial standing
  • Participate in annual variable compensation planning, own monthly variable compensation calculations, and reporting to key stakeholders
  • Develop financial models, conduct metric benchmarking and process analysis
  • Prepare financial analysis with reliable conclusions that management can use to implement more effective operational strategies
  • Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Reconcile salesforce transactions by comparing and correcting data
  • Drive process improvement and data policy development initiatives

Requirements

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Financial Analyst
  • Experience with variable compensation plans is a plus
  • Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
  • Salesforce, Netsuite and Tableau experience preferred
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
  • Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
  • BS degree in Finance, Economics or related field
