Financial Operations Analyst

Drift is a tech startup located in Seattle. We’ve raised $10 million from top investors to fund our vision to bring cheap, reliable renewable energy to everyone, everywhere. We’re hiring a Financial Operations Analyst to work with our finance team. You will be an early hire of the team and will work cross-functionally with every department, but particularly closely with Engineering, Data Science and Customer Experience teams, and our external accounting firm.

What You’ll Do

• Run billing operations in current locations and setup ops in new locations

• Lead cash management, accounts payable and receivable, internal controls, and other accounting functions in collaboration with our accounting firm

• Influence decision-making and long-term planning through financial analyses

• Complete ad-hoc financial and G&A compliance and reporting

Who You Are:

• 1+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role

• You have a BA/BS degree in finance, accounting or economics

• You are an Excel wiz and knowledge or willingness to learn SQL

• You are resourceful; if you don’t know an answer, you find a way to get it

• You can prioritize and work well in an ambiguous environment with contending demands

• You continually find more efficient ways to get stuff done
