We are seeking a high performing Finance Manager to be a key member of our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. You will support our Professional Services organization to provide insight into financial performance through analysis, reporting and forecasting. This role will involve partnering with teams across the organization to provide financial intelligence for key decisions in a timely, accurate, and actionable manner. This is a highly visible role that will involve significant interaction with senior leaders. To be successful in this role, you will need to have deep curiosity, deal with ambiguity and be ready to drive change.

The role will report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and will be located in our Bellevue, WA office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the P&L, including forecasting and reporting of bookings and revenue from various go-to-market motions, HC planning, and operating expense management.
  • Oversee the monthly, annual and long-term forecasting process. Responsible for gathering assumptions from key business partners, deriving projections, analyzing forecast drivers and setting inputs into the planning application.
  • Develop and monitor SaaS operating metrics and ensure financial objectives such as margins, revenue growth, efficiency, utilization, etc. are appropriately analyzed and understood by business partners. 
  • Lead monthly budget vs. actual results review cadence with budget owners.
  • Provide recommendations for business decisions based analysis and interpretation of actual results, models & key metrics.
  • Manage the monthly forecast process for bookings and revenue, partnering with leaders to deliver dependable outlooks and analyzing trends and ‘what-if’ scenarios.
  • Support ongoing integration, maintenance and enhancement of our reporting systems and data acquisition.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting and responsiveness to a variety of teams on a regular basis and for ad-hoc needs, including assisting with board and earnings communications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics. MBA, CFA or CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience and demonstrated growth in Finance/FP&A positions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions with senior leaders
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, with proficiency in building complex financial models
  • Familiarity with SaaS subscription business models and associated KPIs preferred
  • General love for data/BI and deep curiosity for leveraging systems to work more efficiently
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Proactive with a proven track record of fostering relationships across all functions and levels
  • A service-focused, customer orientation toward colleagues throughout the company
  • Experience with planning applications like Host Analytics, Tableau or Netsuite a plus
