Job Description

The Role:

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Customer Success org in an influential, multi-functional role with a high level of autonomy focused on enabling effective and efficient sales and renewal processes. This function plays a key role in the design, development and deployment of programs, tools, collateral and training for the org's revenue-driving teams.

Success metrics for the role include increased sales velocity, higher close percentages and productivity, larger deals through upsell, and higher customer engagement effectiveness.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify, package, and position collateral & sales methodology that provides clear and actionable steps for executing insight-based sales.
  • Utilize data and modeling to develop and implement customer-focused strategies to effectively structure and optimize territories and customer segmentation.
  • Lead efforts for compensation planning, goal creation, and incentive strategies.
  • Build adaptable, flexible, and efficient selling processes with supporting success metrics that provide consistent feedback on quality and progress.
  • Craft and aggregate documented content such as sales playbooks, battle cards, case studies, and competitor information in an easily accessible repository that acts as the single source of truth.
  • Identify and utilize competitive intelligence, pricing, benchmarking, and market analysis.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on developing customer insights, messaging, sales tools and collateral. Develop and enable shared business objectives and targets.
  • Manage the renewal and retention pipeline and forecast.Use Salesforce to drive sales and simplify the go-to-market coordination for renewal and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

The Person:

The ideal individual for this opportunity brings the following to the table:

  • Experience creating or utilizing sales programs or tools to deliver meaningful increases to continued revenue, through upsell and renewal functions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability improve processes, actively driving opportunities to resolution without supervision.
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Project coordination and change management skills with a consistent track record of leading numerous (and simultaneous) projects to successful completion.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic structure with a strong desire to grow along with the company.

The Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years of professional experience
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, and preferably SQL skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com
