Are you an FP&A professional who wants to make an impact? We are seeking an energetic Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. You will be a key member of a growing FP&A team and will work with multiple departments on both monthly reporting and special projects that drive value for the company.

What You’ll Work On

• Provide timely financial assistance to the Finance and Accounting team as well as other corporate functions
• Contribute with the preparation of the Company’s monthly financial reporting, and additional requests from leadership and the board of directors
• Prepare and run reports/trending on KPIs, business activities, and other sources of data used in decision-making
• Reconcile and approve headcount-related decisions
• Update long-term models, forecast future expenses and prepare annual budgeting
• Help in the due diligence and integration of acquisitions both operationally and from a reporting standpoint

Who You Are:

• Hold a university degree in finance, accounting, or related field - preferred 
• Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant financial analytical experience, including university studies and/or internships. Previous FP&A experience within the software industry is favorable.
• Experienced with finance and accounting concepts, including forecasting/budgeting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) 
• Are able to leverage Salesforce, Adaptive Insights or other analytical tools a plus 
• Have exceptional communication, organization, interpersonal, and business partnering skills and an ability to collaborate effectively
