As a Senior Revenue Accountant, you will ensure accurate maintenance of the general ledger, revenue management, and help build processes and controls to support Stackline’s continued growth. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings and perform high-level inquiries/reviews as necessary to ensure accuracy and consistency of reported data.
• Enter revenue contracts accurately and completely into Stackline’s revenue management system.
• Manage AR, invoice issuance, and collection and provide support to Stackline’s revenue management system.
• Prepare journal entries as required.
• Prepare year-end US GAAP financial statements and footnotes.
• Ensure the integrity of key processes by understanding systems, flow of transactions, internal controls, and recommending efficiency improvements.
• Manage and interacting with external auditors as needed.
• Perform special projects as assigned by the Finance lead.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in private accounting (public accounting experience a plus).
• CPA, highly preferred.
• Fluency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SaaS companies with a general understanding of revenue metric terms.
• Strong data driven decision making skills and the ability to problem-solve.
• Ability to define, implement, and manage the creation of new processes.
• Ability to leverage technology to invent, improve, and scale.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, change direction quickly, and prioritize workload.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations.
