OfferUp is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support our rapidly growing lines of revenue as part of our Finance team. You will build cohort-based revenue models, collaborate closely with our Product team to understand the impacts of their initiatives, dive deep into monetization adoption metrics, manage weekly revenue dashboards and performance commentaries, and drive top line and gross margin performance and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain accurate cohort-based revenue forecast models
• Drive the monthly revenue and gross profit forecast process
• Partner with C-level executives and product leaders to identify revenue growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Business Operations and Data Engineering to identify, define, track, and report on company KPIs
• Perform Ad hoc analysis in support of our revenue initiatives
• Own our weekly revenue dashboard and related commentaries

Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A experience, including cohort-based revenue modeling
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting. MBA a plus.
• Strong SQL and Excel Skills
• Experience presenting results to executive leadership
• Highly detailed, intellectually curious, articulate, driven, collaborative, and adaptable

Nice to Have

• Start-up Experience
• Familiarity with two-sided marketplace dynamics
• Experience with FP&A system implementations
• VBA aptitude
