RESPONSIBILITIES ● Create an environment that enables all team members to live their best lives while contributing to the organization’s collective success ● Source new talent directly and indirectly through recruiters and digital recruiting tools ● Onboard new team members from an IT, culture and HR compliance perspective ● Partner with leadership to establish company, department and individual OKRs ● Oversee team member compensation: base adjustments per market trends, develop annual performance management and bonus program in concert with OKR performance ● Manage all company benefits, workspace, and associated vendors ● Ensure the organization is able to work remotely as effectively as possible, partner with leadership on future workspace needs ● Organize team meetings, cross-team collaboration as needed, professional development initiatives and company-wide gatherings ● Manage the organization’s vendors related to People including benefits ● Serve as a go-to person for the executive team for all things People
REQUIREMENTS ● 5+ years of relevant HR and executive assistant experience ● Bachelor’s degree in business or related field ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Highly organized and proficient in a cloud-based information environment ● Highly-proficient with technological productivity tools and proven ability to pick up new technologies quickly ● A strategic mindset to identify key priorities and critical initiatives ● Experience working in a high-growth environment with a proven tenacious work ethic ● Track record of frugality and resourcefulness ● Energetic and positive attitude regardless of the priority at hand, experience leaning into problems and working across teams to identify and implement relevant solutions

Given the COVID situation, remote candidates will be considered, assuming frequent travel to Seattle won’t be an issue after restrictions are lifted.
