About the Position 

We are looking for someone passionate about using technology to empower business to join the Business Systems Team. The Business Systems team is responsible for implementing and supporting our NetSuite, Concur, and Coupa instances and well as working with departmental system owners to coordinate systems, tools, and processes.  Business Systems plays a key role in defining, implementing and supporting new processes in our rapidly growing company.  The Business Systems intern will assist with developing, documenting, testing, and deploying application changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer, customize and configure NetSuite features including but not limited to Page Layouts, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, and Fields, and perform unit testing to ensure high application quality
  • Audit, identify, and resolve data integrity issues
  • Assess NetSuite report and dashboard usage and identify reports that can be archived
  • Investigate field usage and update page layouts to remove unused fields and make pages easier to navigate.
  • Learn the quoting process to better understand Qumulo’s business.
  • Research GDPR compliance for SaaS vendors
  • Document requirements and create user stories for work to be done
  • Participate in Agile development process including sprint planning and daily stand up meetings.
