Icertis is looking for an energetic and motivated intern to join the Customer Advocacy (CA) Team in our Bellevue office. The CA team manages customer relationships and is responsible for growing sales at existing accounts. The CA Intern role will provide a unique insight into a career in technology sales in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This internship will be a 12-week opportunity to gain practical knowledge and sharpen your skills in account management. At the end of your internship, you will be required to present your results, learnings and experiences to members of the Icertis Executive team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining the annual account plans & sales strategy for our enterprise and strategic customers
  • Perform benchmarking on customer segmentation & account management practices of industry leading SaaS companies and provide recommendations 
  • Perform research into existing customers of Icertis, analyzing various sources to identify customers business priorities and strategic initiatives (that could lead to strategic selling opportunities)
  • Assist in improving the data quality and content of the existing customer information database
  • Participate in selection of an online customer community platform that will bring customer interactions to the next level 
  • Tackle projects and perform additional duties as assigned by the GM – Customer Advocacy

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Currently enrolled in a program through an accredited University working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related area (Business Administration, Marketing, Business Strategy) with GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and results focused, ability to work independently
  • A consulting mindset with an exposure to a variety of strategy and technology topics

This is a paid full-time internship based in Bellevue, WA that runs from May/June 2019 through August/September 2019
