We’re looking for a talented Marketing intern to support multi-channel customer marketing programs. This role will be responsible for working with a cross functional teams to identify customer success stories and manage customer evidence (written case studies, quotes, online reviews, etc.). In addition, this role will help monitor and analyze our customer community support customer reference fulfillment.

This role best suited for someone who has the desire to be part of a marketing team and interact with multiple marketing functions. The position reports to the Associate Director of Customer Marketing.

What you will do:

• Monitor online customer community, track engagement and manage customer membership and welcome emails for community members.
• Participate in Marketing Technology evaluations for Community and Customer Reference.
• Manage the internal process from kick off to completion of customer success stories.
• Maintain a customer repository of customer assets (logos, quotes, etc.) and ensure content is up to date and accurate.
• Support the Customer Marketing team to develop customer expansion and cross-sell campaigns aimed at increasing revenue within existing accounts.
• Project manage our customer newsletter.

What you will bring:

• Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, sales or related field.
• Office365 proficiency: effectively manage email and schedule Outlook meetings, create pivot tables in Excel, build compelling presentations in PowerPoint.
• Familiar with Microsoft Teams for collaboration and document management.
• Must pay maniacal attention to detail and quality control.
• Creative, innovative, resourceful and get-it-done results orientation.
• Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities.
• Must have a genuine curiosity in marketing and ability to ask questions and challenge the status quo.
• Applicants must be currently enrolled in a program through an accredited University working towards Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related area with GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Work duration: 40 hours per week during summer that runs May/June 2021 through August/September 2021.
