The Desktop Support Technician's role is to support and maintain organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. That includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all organizational hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance.

Role Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain and support PCs and laptops.
• Identify and resolve technical problems involving hardware and software.
• Assist employees with hardware and software problems and requests.
• Asset management including IT hardware, software and equipment.
• Maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for system administration.
• Manage specific activities within a project.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Self-motivation and energetic personality.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong PC skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Entry level knowledge of Desktop Support and Administrator experience preferred.
• Currently enrolled, returning or recent college graduate.
