About the role:

We are looking for a Partner Marketing Intern to help us project manage marketing campaigns across our extensive global ecosystem of alliance, technology and services partners, including leading organizations like Microsoft, SAP and Deloitte.

In this role, you will assist the partner marketing team to execute partner marketing campaigns specifically in the areas of microevent execution, swag and promotional item management, copy writing for emails, ads, and social posts, and supplier and vendor contract management.

What you will do:

• The Partner Marketing Intern will help execute marketing activities to drive new leads and sales qualified opportunities. Key focus areas include: 
• Project managing the launch of a swag store for partner sellers to drive referrals
• Writing copy for emails, ads and social posts for campaigns
• Executing campaign logistics including supporting shipping and coordination related to the company’s popular microevent series TasteTalks
• Managing the execution of contracts for suppliers, vendors and contractors who assist with campaigns
• Working with our design, web, and demand generation teams to plan and design multi-channel partner marketing campaign deliverables, including advertisements, social media graphics, emails, videos and more
• Communicating across internal Icertis sales and marketing teams to promote and champion partner marketing activities, including maintaining Highspot partner pages

What you will bring:

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with partner counterparts and internal team members.
• Demonstrated success in project management including the creation of detailed project plans, project monitoring, and progress tracking for personal or professional activities
• Time Management, prioritization, organizational skills, attentiveness, accuracy in performance and keen attention to detail.
• A strong team player with high integrity – comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Working on completing a BA/BS degree in business, marketing, communications, engineering, or another technology related field.
• Work duration: 40 hours per week during summer that runs May/June 2021 through August/September 2021.
