Support the Revenue Operations team in helping to improve marketing & sales effectiveness through process improvement and tools infrastructure. You must have exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, while meeting strict deadlines. You are comfortable working independently on project-based work and completing deliverables accurately and on time. You have a bias for accountability, execution, high level of drive and creativity to consistently achieve your assignments.

What you will do:

• Help maintain/monitor current technology tools, by performing data cleansing exercises, upload of data changes and managing the data accuracy.
• Help to document training content, best practices and current processes
• Assist with Salesforce support cases and helping users to manage day to day needs.
• Program management of key initiatives that help support sales efficiencies.

What you will bring:

• Desire to learn about technology tools that support sales & marketing organizations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of applications
• Project/Program management skills, experience collaborating across functional areas
• Highly organized with an ability to balance being detail oriented as well as multiple tasks at any given time
• Passionate about learning the end to end customer lifecycle of a B2B SaaS company
• Working towards a BS/BA in Business, Finance, or Marketing
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
• Applicants must be currently enrolled in a program through an accredited University working towards Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related area with GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Work duration: 40 hours per week during summer that runs May/June 2021 through August/September 2021
