The ideal candidate will have a passion for Strategy, Technology, Change Agility, Sales, Training and Development. This intern will gain hands on experience in building systems, processes and methodologies for enabling and scaling the Global Sales Team at Icertis. As a key contributor to this transformative initiative, this intern will have an opportunity to influence the foundation of Sales Enablement at Icertis and gain experience in scaling the sales team and culture across the globe.

Resposibilities

• Gather feedback from sales team and managers on a regular basis to constantly improve and support programs that impact revenue.
• Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement and onboarding best practices.
• Conduct and report on market research to help

Education

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in a program through an accredited University working towards Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related area with GPA of 3.0 or higher

This is a paid full-time internship based in Bellevue, WA that runs from May/June 2019 through August/September 2019
