Bungie is looking for a talented General Counsel to partner with the Bungie Leadership Team to help drive our ambitious multi-year Vision. You will have significant influence on the development and execution of our strategy, and will help us navigate complex and novel business and legal issues.

The General Counsel is a trusted advisor to the Bungie Leadership Team. You will provide legal advice on both strategic and operational matters, advise the Leadership team and Board of Directors on issues currently and potentially affecting the Company, and act as a business advisor by understanding the organization’s strategic direction and providing trenchant legal advice consistent with that framework. Additionally, this person will provide leadership and perspective on Bungie and its position in the entertainment industry, be a critical leader in the creation and execution of the company’s strategy, and manage the day-to-day activities of the legal division including corporate governance, real estate, marketing regulatory compliance, contracts, licensing, employment matters, information security, and other relevant business issues.

The successful candidate must be inquisitive, enthusiastic about entertainment and technology, enjoy working hard and being continually challenged, and demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations, advising when and when not to take calculated risks that are in Bungie’s best interest. We are looking for candidates who can help drive organizational readiness efforts that will provide the foundation for Bungie’s efforts to scale and globalize its business.
