Given our explosive growth across the company, we’re looking for a talented Account Based Marketing Specialist like yourself to plan and execute a portfolio of highly effective and visible multi-touch, multi-channel marketing programs that support the company’s pipeline and revenue goals. You will be responsible for aligning yourself with the sales organization and helping them to overachieve their sales quotas.

The position reports to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation in our Bellevue, Washington headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor a variety of data feeds daily for target account engagement and intent to purchase signals and communicate in real-time to sales directors.
  • Build and maintain personalized content hubs for target accounts.
  • Develop personalized messaging for target accounts based on key business pains/needs and stage in buying journey.
  • Build awareness and drive engagement at target accounts by creating personalized display ads, paid social ads, email signature banners, email programs, and direct mail programs.
  • Build deep familiarity with current and planned offers—content, webinars, group demos, conferences and tradeshows, partner events—and coach sales directors on which offers to promote at any given time.
  • Plan, forecast and manage a marketing budget for target accounts.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and continually optimize to reduce sales cycle time and increase win rate.
  • Participate in annual, quarterly, and bi-weekly planning sessions, and attend daily Marketing standup.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with internal staff, resources and outside vendors on creative design elements, production, digital media, and event promotions.

  • Consistent application of personal time management: timely meeting attendance, and able to manage personal calendar and block time as needed to complete assigned projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, sales or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing or sales role, preferably with a B2B SaaS company.
  • Office365 proficiency: effectively manage email and schedule Outlook meetings, create pivot tables in Excel, build compelling presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat.
  • Experience building outbound email programs using marketing and sales automation tools like Pardot and Outreach.
  • Familiarity with content experience platforms like Uberflip or sales enablement platforms like Highspot.
  • Experience using Salesforce to capture, track and report on leads.
  • Experience with online and offline marketing programs with knowledge of current trends, media and tools.
  • Must pay maniacal attention to detail and quality control.
  • Experience in building and optimizing outbound marketing programs based on performance data, ground level feedback from sales and understanding of the business.
  • Creative, innovative, resourceful and get-it-done results orientation.
  • Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities.
