We are looking for an energetic field marketer with a real “can-do” attitude and exceptional attention to detail, to execute programs with our field marketing and enterprise sales teams to drive demand and accelerate existing opportunities. In this role you will assist in the development of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs, including conferences and tradeshows, 1st party road show and regional sales dinners and events. You’ll get a first-hand look at how a fast-growing Billion-dollar startup builds a world-class brand and delivers world-class marketing programs of all types. The ideal candidate will be an all-out team player, but at the same time be a self-starter that is hands-on, driven, a great relationship builder, and someone who is passionate about owning a project from beginning to end.

What we want you to do:

  • Actively support quality pipeline development within region
  • Execute marketing programs, events and campaigns
  • Participate in annual, quarterly, and bi-weekly planning sessions, and attend daily Marketing standup.
  • Be a strong contributor to the North America Marketing team.
  • Support all Marketing activities in the region composed of Field Marketing and Event Marketing
  • Create and deliver a regional event and campaign program that meets the regional pipeline, awareness and customer upsell objectives. This will include management of third-party events, Icertis-owned physical and virtual events.
  • Communicate and brief the sales team and account management team regarding all new and planned marketing activities and assets – support sales prospecting
  • Events: onsite management of events, ensuring flawless execution and communication with event venues on event schedules, rooms, AV, catering etc, and assist in all event logistics
  • Manage the requirements and logistics for execution of all regional campaigns, including all supporting marketing system administration (Salesforce, Pardot, PowerBI)
  • Use Salesforce.com to manage campaigns, run basic reports and track program success – working with marketing/sales operations where required
  • Communicate progress to stakeholders, including overall weekly pipeline reporting, program performance and campaign follow-up
  • Measure ROI for all activities and analyze the sales funnel to identify areas for continual improvement

Background and Experience:

  • +3 years’ experience in field marketing, events or equivalent role in B2B enterprise software marketing (ideally SaaS) or at an event marketing agency
  • Based in the Bellevue, WA office
  • Excellent written English language skills and an ability to create marketing content as required
  • Applies creative ideas and a “can do” approach to ensure field marketing success
  • Demonstrates the ability to build highly effective working relationships with sales and marketing across the organization
  • Creativity and a drive to be innovative in taking Icertis’ message to market in a manner that supports the brand story
  • Willingness to adapt and grow in ever changing start up environment 

Knowledge:

  • Ability to clearly articulate a market-specific value proposition and tailor it to fit a variety of program requirements
  • Understanding of a demand creation performance management system
  • Ability to market to a range of B2B buyers using a wide variety of offers (white papers, case studies, webcasts) and delivery mechanisms (email, call downs, direct mail, digital)

  • Current best practices for B2B marketing
  • Effective communication skills including the ability to:
  • Convey information to a wide variety of internal and external audiences
  • Write compelling copy for prospecting emails
  • Leverage social channels

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher Education qualification, with a Marketing or Business focus preferred
