Who We Need:

Our Marketing team needs a Content Marketing Coordinator to help us excel as an industry leader by reaching the customer where they are. This person will support company-wide initiatives to drive brand awareness and loyalty through our content strategies including editorial blogs, social media, and affiliate networks. Our team’s ability to quickly gather and analyze data helps ensure we are reaching the most valuable customers and continuously providing value to our existing customer base.

We are looking for a data-driven, self-motivated content marketer to help us take our marketing strategies to the next level. This person should be excited to talk about Garmentory and driven by opportunities to engage with people in our community.

Our ideal candidate will have a background in fashion marketing and social media management. We want to learn from you!


The Role:

You will be a part of the Marketing and Merchandising team responsible for driving acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty. You will help elevate our marketing strategies across multiple channels including social media, affiliate and influencer networks, and on-site editorials. You should be comfortable identifying ways to meet company-wide goals and working in coordination with a team to achieve them. This role is perfect for someone who likes to try many things, gather data, and identify winning opportunities.

We are a small team, so this is an excellent opportunity to make a big impact on how Garmentory influences the fashion industry. Every person on this team can help make a difference!


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Set strategy and goals for social media marketing channels
  • Establish goals for maximizing brand outreach and awareness across multiple channels
  • Establish editorial strategy and vision to increase brand authority in the industry
  • Manage and recruit into the affiliate network to increase brand reach
  • Hands-on interaction with community leaders and customers alike
  • Proactively identify impactful opportunities to grow company-wide goals
  • Clearly align campaigns to match customer demand and vendor marketing requests


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a content marketing role
  • Demonstrated experience in social media marketing, especially Instagram
  • Exceptional storytelling skills; both written and verbal communication
  • Interest in emerging fashion and design
  • Prior experience in ecommerce is a plus
  • Comfortable in high-energy, quickly evolving environments
  • Understands the Garmentory brand values

Salary Range: $45,000-$65,000
