The Corporate Marketing Lead will be responsible for helping to define and drive a strong corporate brand and market position to ensure the RoundGlass vision reaches its full potential. You will oversee marketing efforts including events, industry marketing, partner marketing and customer marketing. You should be able to articulate both the RG vision and unique value proposition in a clear and compelling way that immediately generates excitement, enthusiasm and a commitment to the vision in associates and direct reports, peers, external partners, and media. In addition to RG’s priority products, the Corporate Marketing Lead will also work on marketing strategy for other RG initiatives that stem from the foundation, model village and city projects, and RoundGlass Sports.

What you'll do:

  • Develop overarching business and brand strategies, and a creative platform that communicates a compelling value proposition for current and prospective customers
  • Work with product marketing, field sales, and consulting services to launch GTM marketing plans for partner enablement, including supporting marketing materials and content and thought leadership; Work with product marketing to deliver unique and compelling messages tailored for the target market
  • Develop marketing plans with success metrics for market segments
  • Manage third party vendor relationships (trade organization, agency, etc.)
  • Develop and execute on end-to-end event marketing for customer events, summits, tradeshows and user group meetings
  • Oversee the company’s public relations activities through a variety of media both offline and online; Serve as an external spokesperson for the company, as appropriate
  • Lead the company’s customer relationship efforts by representing and evangelizing the voice of the customer/market in all facets of the organization and via multiple channels, including collateral, events, customer advocacy initiatives, etc.
  • Develop and execute industry marketing programs for vertical industries, alliance partners and trade organizations
  • Support social media strategy through value-added industry/functional content creation and by communicating with industry leading bloggers and other influencers
  • Accelerate company brand awareness through press, website, blog, social media, trade journals and paid media channels

Who we're looking for:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing leadership position
  • Start-up experience highly preferred
  • Marketing expertise spanning various sub-disciplines including channel, branding, market research, strategic planning, advertising and promotions, social media, partner and field marketing
  • Possess a strong quantitative, ROI-driven approach to marketing; adept at leveraging the voice of the customer to identify critical messaging and brand attributes that lead to product differentiation or buying decisions
  • Expert in web and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record
  • Demonstrated track record for generating overall awareness and visibility through innovative and highly cost-effective brand development, marketing communications
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, and/or other CRM systems, as well as with Marketing Automation tools such as Marketo highly desirable
  • Experience with industry marketing (trade organizations, alliance partners)
