Peach is looking for a full time Customer Acquisition Associate to play a major role in bringing new customers and partners to the Peach platform. The successful candidate will embody strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to prioritize customer concerns and problem solve issues regarding their onboarding and integration into the Peach platform. They will do the necessary groundwork in order to locate, inform, and onboard new customers to the Peach platform. They will have experience in a sales position and will provide an excellent service while pitching the idea of Peach to potential customers.

Reporting to the Customer Accounts Manager, the Customer Acquisition Associate will be charged with expanding and deepening the customer base of Peach. The Associate will also act as a team player, collaborating with the other departments to continually improve upon the Peach business model and platform.

What we're looking for in you:

  • Sales skills: Be able to identify potential new customers, ensure that customer is well informed on the Peach model, and efficiently integrate that customer onto the Peach platform.
  • Strong communication skills: You can effectively communicate the Peach business model to potential customers
  • Process oriented: You love to develop and implement standardization in work flows to make your team more efficient and scalable.
  • Food lover: are obsessed with food. You are passionate about different cuisines and the unique experiences that are created around having a delicious meal.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inbound customer leads and guide customers though the Peach onboarding process
  • Research potential business parks/offices in order to identify new business opportunities
  • Assist the Customer Accounts Manager as needed with Perks and catering requests
  • Define and implement a standard process for customer onboarding 
  • Design and build a growing pool of core business accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries and questions regarding the platform
  • Report operational issues to the right folks in the organization and prioritize customer issues to drive product changes and improve the overall Peach experience

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience of 2 years. 
  • Experience working in a start-up or growing environment
  • Experience with cold-calling potential customers
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing processes and standardization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team metrics and data analytics experience

Preferred:

  • Prior role as a Sales Rep or Customer Accounts Associate
