Pro.com is a venture-backed, technology-based general contractor in home improvement and remodeling construction. We are a rapidly growing and maturing company with the vision to become the most convenient and reliable home improvement provider in the market.

We are looking for a customer marketing leader that can take our relationships with our existing customers to new levels. This role requires a high degree of versatility, with a need for capability both in program design, development and execution, as well as personal interaction with Pro.com customers. The position is responsible for creating and managing programs to increase and improve our existing customer relationships as well as customer reviews, testimonials, referrals, and repeat business. 

We are looking for a versatile marketing professional that possesses the uncommon mix of exceptional communication skills, a strong sense for customer empathy, and a metrics-based approach to program management. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer engagement from a marketing perspective. Create initiatives that drive improved customer experience throughout our projects, at the closeout of projects, and continuing after the projects are completed
  • Develop and execute programs to increase the rate and number of positive customer online reviews
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with customers for the purpose of obtaining customer testimonials, customers willing to act as references, and customers willing to allow open houses or tours of their home improvement projects, whether underway or completed
  • Create and drive programs to increase customer referrals and repeat business
  • Collaborate with people and departments outside of Marketing, including Sales, Business Development, Construction Operations, and local Project Management to achieve customer marketing objectives
  • Identify and manage freelance content contributors when needed for larger projects or other needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or a closely related, customer engagement discipline
  • Self-driven and motivated, ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills demonstrated from experience communicating with customers, partners, and prospective customers
  • Strong written communication skills including a demonstrated ability to write well constructed emails and letters to customers
  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders and focus on the delivery of results
  • This position is based in the Seattle headquarters
