How can you help?

We are currently looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our marketing team! As a Customer Marketing Manager, your main duty will be to focus on the success and growth of our existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer specific marketing strategies;
• Develop with marketing designers - Customer specific material including collateral, presentations and research;
• Assist with research on sales prospects;
• Develop with customer success team, retention and upsell programs;
• Provide a wide range of sales support as needed;
• Develop penetration, retention and upsell programs;
• Accountable for building and maintaining relationships within the sales team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree
• Minimum Required: 5 years’ experience
• Working in a technical industry, preferably software
• Experience with lead generation, nurturing and retention strategies
• Marketing automation software experience a plus
• ABM platform experience a plus
