Yesler is looking for an experienced B2B Demand Generation Strategist to join our growing agency. This role will be centered around delivering global scale for an enterprise client: executing global marketing programs, understanding localization and prioritization of regions, identifying the best marketing channels by area and the differences within each channel.
You will be responsible for determining an effective operating model for a client's demand center. You possess a rare blend of B2B marketing experience that spans content strategy, marketing automation, paid media, social media, analytics, web strategy, user experience and you also have the gravitas to inspire clients and team members alike towards your strategic vision.

Key responsibilitiesClient work:

  • Analyze and determine the most effective way to structure global marketing programs across all regions
  • Work with regional teams to understand the nuances and cultural differences that impact marketing in those areas
  • Define the marketing engagement structure for each region, i.e., which parts are best for local events vs. online or direct mail, etc. and the combination of multiple channels per region
  • Assure readiness of local teams when new marketing programs are launching
  • Analyze and report on the regional performance of marketing programs and supply actionable recommendations to increase performance
  • Provide feedback to internal and external contributors to ensure that content aligns with strategy and quality standards
  • Research B2B content marketing and tech news/trends and be prepared to apply that knowledge across all client engagements
  • Develop automation and nurture strategies including lead scoring and content
  • An understanding of strategies that drive MQLs, SALs, and opportunities
  • Lead meetings and workshops with senior leadership and our clients, ensuring cross-functional alignment on strategies
  • Start with a data mindset to ensure we can demonstrate return on investment for all marketing efforts

Internal work:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert by maintaining a pulse on the latest issues, developments, and trends in B2B integrated marketing and content marketing strategy
  • Contribute to the health and growth of Yesler through special projects, internal advisory boards, committee participation, and community involvement

Qualifications

  • You have experience building and executing global marketing programs across multiple countries and in various languages
  • 4-year degree required
  • 8-10 years of integrated marketing experience, with 5+ years of experience in crafting and managing content marketing strategy (agency, a technology company, or significant publication experience preferred)
  • 2+ years of agency experience working with tech clients
  • Substantial experience with content distribution and amplification, including a deep understanding of social & paid media
  • Experience conducting interviews and gathering qualitative data
  • A solid, conceptual knowledge of marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot)
  • Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals including segmentation, positioning, and market analysis
  • Forward-thinking with a real passion for content marketing
