About the Role:

Are you a B2B demand generation expert with a passion for and experience in creating targeted campaigns that translate into qualified leads and increased conversions? Do you consider yourself a B2B SME at the intersection of marketing and sales?

We are seeking a Director, B2B Demand Generation to own the umbrella strategy of marketing programs that get our customers and prospects excited about our company’s products and services. You will own the execution of campaigns to grow, engage and retain our subscriber base, working across internal teams to engage with doctors and practices.

We use programmatic, data-centric approaches in all of our online marketing channels, with a heavy emphasis on iterative testing and experimentation. As we grow our business, we are looking for tech-savvy marketing professionals, with a passion for aesthetics, to help us continue to grow.

We are committed to finding the best fit for this role, and will consider exceptional Senior Manager candidates.

In this role you will:

  • Develop the marketing strategy and integrated marketing plans to grow and retain our subscriber base. Liaise with applicable Sales, Product, Analytics, Revenue Strategy and Marketing teams to ensure coordinated and successful launches.
  • Execute, test and optimize campaigns within multiple marketing channels including email, paid media, direct mail, events, social media, in-market, in-product and SMS to understand the effectiveness of strategies and tactics for improving key growth, engagement and retention metrics.
  • Establish and enforce standards for Success Metrics, KPIs and reporting that will provide performance analysis, ROI and insights for all channels/tactics. Responsible for reporting to key executive stakeholders.
  • Own partner marketing — driving our doctor results through relationships and partnerships with brands, affiliates, and societies (events).
  • Work closely with key stakeholders on the development and execution of trade shows and RS-owned events including communication strategies, creative/content development, and provider engagement to drive new sponsor and expansion revenue.

Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

About You:

The ideal person must thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment; operate with a strong level of marketing channel intelligence; bring creative ideas and solutions to marketing communications challenges; understand communication strategies for traditional, web, social and new media; and manage relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.

This position requires strong leadership skills, an ability to manage and execute projects, and interact effectively both internally with our sales team and externally with our customers.

You may be the right fit if you have:

  • 12-15 years required of customer-oriented growth marketing experience delivering highly-successful engagement, loyalty and retention strategies, with a focus on B2B marketing.
  • SaaS and/or two-sided marketplace experience is a MUST!
  • Proven track record in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels (including, but not limited to, email, paid media, social, mobile, video, referral programs and landing page/registration page optimization) preferably in the tech or healthcare space
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce and performance marketing platforms: e.g. Facebook/Twitter/LI advertising (SEM/AdWords a plus) is essential
  • Ability to develop, execute, and communicate a long-term strategic vision, while also balancing immediate priorities and opportunities in a dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment with multiple internal decision makers and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success delivering multi-channel B2B campaigns with a deep understanding of marketing execution and best practices and experience leveraging strategic editorial content to engage and retain audiences
  • Analytical mindset that can implement and track meaningful KPIs to make recommendations based on data
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven leadership driving collaboration and results through cross-functional teams and peers
