The Director of Demand Generation is a key member of MedBridge’s leadership team responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of programs that drive pipeline revenue generation in order to meet company targets across all verticals. Ideally, we are looking for candidates in the Seattle metro area, but we are open to candidates in the United States who enjoy working from home.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the entire multi-channel demand generation function for MedBridge, including development and execution of GTM strategy by segment in order to drive market awareness, educate and capture buyers’ interest, and ultimately build a pipeline.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report the impact of demand generation campaigns on MQL, SQL, pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length; leverage quantitative skills to interpret data and gain insights, and then translate these insights into actionable changes.
  • Manage lead generation campaigns from ideation to completion—including market expansion opportunities and new product launches.
  • Define the buyer journey, drive customer segmentation, map campaign objectives, and collaborate on the right assets needed for each stage of the journey.
  • Analyze and segment existing data/leads to drive operational improvements around lead conversions against revenue targets.
  • Successfully execute, scale, and automate an enterprise (ABM) account based marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product leaders to effectively position MedBridge’s demand generation campaigns in line with overall company objectives.

What you will need to succeed:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience including 5+ years of senior growth marketing experience with a focus on B2B lead gen in SaaS and sales strategy 
  • Experience creating and executing on revenue growth strategies in SaaS environments
  • Strong knowledge of SalesForce and marketing automation platforms—Pardot preferred
  • Strong execution focus and ability to quickly experiment, gather data, and then scale
  • Highly collaborative with the affinity to build relationships across teams, including vendors, business managers and external partners 
  • Self-starter, comfortable with defining goals, success factors, and key metrics for programs—and delivering against them
  • Strong analytical abilities with a background in planning and managing through data
