The Auth0 Marketing Team is looking for a Director of Growth skilled in leading a high performing, experiment focused growth team. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in growth strategies, digital channels, creating referral loops, affiliate marketing, content strategy, A/B testing design and analysis, and SEO from a hyper-growth B2B technology company.

 

** The preferred locations for this role are in our Bellevue, WA corporate office or from a remote (home) office in the Bay Area of California. **

What You Will Do

  • Ensure that our internal platforms are optimized to deliver high quantity of valuable tests
  • Create, define and implement Growth Loops in cooperation with the Product Team
  • Inbound-first optimization of Auth0.com. A/B testing across our real estate and frequent user testing and interviewing to glean insights and new growth opportunities.
  • Conversion and page health optimization - driving conversion, bounce, exit, and page-pathing optimization toward self-service signup and form fills.
  • Advise on methods of user outreach (email, on-site, etc) to drive activation and retention through a tight bond with Product Onboarding/Growth function to ensure safe transit of trial signups through mid-funnel and into successfully shipped app.
  • Define and drive KPIs for all initiatives
  • Build and manage project plans, drive cross-functional team deliverables, coordinate with outside vendors and see projects through to completion on time/budget.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and track inbound funnel activities and impact on pipeline and revenue and customer retention
  • Create, measure and report on key area KPIs and iterate on programs to drive future growth.
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional leaders in Marketing Sales, Revenue Operations and Product
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing growth marketing team
  • Maintain a high level of organization, communication and attention to detail

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience working in growth marketing or product for a hyper-growth B2B technology company
  • 4+ years leading a team, preferably in a fast growing technology company
  • Experience working for a developer-focused company is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of implementing large, complex projects
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing growth marketing team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - with the ability to inspire and engage the marketing team and key organizational stakeholders
  • Ability to apply growth principles and hacks and AARRR framework across a variety of businesses and products
  • Ability to engage with our data in relentless in pursuit of growth
  • Deep experience leading a team skilled in with A/B testing and data analytics
  • Experience scaling and automating growth processes
  • Proven track record of achieving results in a matrixed, time sensitive environment
  • Ability to develop, inspire and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders; consultative and collaborative style that allows for influence without authority
  • Ability to embrace ambiguity and define solutions where no obvious one is clear
  • Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication
  • Committed and dedicated: willing to leverage your passion and stamina to get the job done
  • Ability to travel approximately 20%
