About the Role: We are seeking a highly analytical leader for our performance marketing team. While RealSelf is the leading aesthetics marketplace, our paid marketing efforts are in their infancy and so this is an opportunity to have a major impact on both our marketing and the company as a whole.

In this role you will:

• Develop, plan, and execute performance marketing strategies and initiatives across digital and traditional channels as appropriate
• Oversee the budgeting process, including monthly forecasting and reporting on spend and ROAS
• Work with stakeholders on building out roadmap for channel testing and growth. Manage a continuous test and learn program to optimize creative and audience targeting across all channels
• Partner with the data science team to build a world-class performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, automation and optimization
• Collaborate with product, UX and engineering teams to establish landing page optimization program
• Partner with brand marketing team to develop compelling creative and messaging strategies
• Hire, manage, and develop a team of best-in-class performance marketers

About You:

We’re looking for an analytical marketing leader who loves solving problems and has a get-things-done mentality. You’re able to both inspire and lead cross-functionally and dive deep into details.

You may be the right fit if you have:

• B.S. or M.S. degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Economics, Math, Statistics, or Engineering) and 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a heavy focus on paid search/social/display marketing
• Exceptional analytical skills, including extensive experience with tools such as Looker, Tableau or Excel. SQL knowledge a plus
• Outstanding problem solving skills. You approach every problem from first principles and dig deep for insights and solutions
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get things done
• Advanced expertise in Excel and knowledge of Tableau required; SQL a strong plus
• Deep A/B & multivariate testing experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
