We are seeking a customer obsessed leader for a position as Director of Product Marketing. This position will lead a team of experienced marketers focused on messaging & positioning, solution development, content development and go-to market strategies and will report directly to the Senior Director, Product Marketing in our Bellevue office.
Responsibilities

• Lead development of product messaging and positioning for all major features within the Smartsheet platform
• Lead data-driven analysis for messaging, evaluation and planning
• Drive GTM strategies in close collaboration with product management, sales, content, and other teams to ensure successful product launches
• Deeply understand key buyer personas and use cases
• Partner closely with the sales team to understand and prioritize resources that drive the biggest business impact
• Develop customer stories within for product messaging including references, testimonials, case studies

Qualifications

• 6-8 years product marketing experience in enterprise technologies, including experience in cloud / SaaS environments
• Experience in leadership roles, with both direct reports and influencing across teams
• Demonstrated customer and partner track record with strong executive maturity
• Ability to drive impact across organizational boundaries, with matrixed program ownership
• Experience leading virtual teams across all levels of an organization
• Skilled at crisp messaging with a passion for stories that resonate with our customers
• MBA, preferred
