Your role and impact

We are looking for an experienced and creative digital health marketer to expand our benefits consultant, broker channel and enterprise marketing efforts. You will develop programs that create new partnerships, increase engagement with 98point6 and drive sales. You will focus on ways to creatively drive interest and awareness of 98point6, as well as define and manage marketing programs and continually optimize efforts. You will play a critical role on our marketing team and in the commercial success of our company.

Responsibilities

  • Drive messaging and go-to-market planning for benefits consultant and broker partnership opportunities
  • Educate and work with stakeholders to implement strategies, initiatives and programs
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement co-marketing programs with benefits consultant and broker partners
  • Develop marketing and sales support materials that highlight the value of our service to this audience and their employer clients
  • Create and manage an event program to increase awareness with benefits consultants and their employer clients
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to increase overall awareness and drive sales opportunities
  • Establish metrics to quantify progress/impact and communicate results

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of channel/partner marketing experience
  • Working knowledge of the healthcare industry, benefits consultant and broker channel and key players
  • Proven success working with business development/sales to sell into a market
  • Knowledge and experience marketing health-related products or services preferred
  • Experience driving cross-functional work 
  • Experience leading new business initiatives and presenting/selling ideas to varied audiences
  • Client-facing experience; exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, analyze and synthesize data
