Our product suite is powered by Ekata Identity Engine, the first and only cross-border identity engine of its kind. It uses complex machine learning algorithms across the five consumer attributes of email, phone, name, physical address, and IP to derive unique data links and features from billions of real-time transactions within our customer network and the globally sourced data of our graph. As an Event Coordinator II, you will assist in the execution of tradeshows, customer events, and employee programs across the globe, but with a specific focus in the US. This role offers the right candidate opportunities for both challenges and career growth. A successful candidate thrives in a team environment, while being a resourceful self-starter who works effectively and efficiently on their event projects. Attention to detail and passion for creating live experiences are key qualities: we invest in events that foster connection, knowledge transfer, and excitement about winning together with our customers, prospects, and partners.

  • Ensure project management—on time and on budget—of event sponsorship deliverables, including benefits such as advertising, logo usage, speaking opportunities, and more.
  • Research, evaluate, and secure vendors for events (locations, F&B, activities, and more).
  • Provide on-site support for select events including, but not limited to: booth setup and teardown, material distribution, advancing sites/restaurants, and conference room setup/teardown.
  • Creation of marketing content for a variety of events, including emails, landing pages, and social media posts.
  • Liaise with sales and account management to research new event opportunities, provide sales enablement resources for existing events, and understand event coverage gaps.
  • Manage the annual internal event calendar, marketing team events, and current event website.

Our ideal Event Coordinator will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field of study.
  • 1-2 years of experience in event management or production.
  • Knowledge of B2B digital marketing tactics and event best practices.
  • Highly detail-oriented, well-organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and meeting deadliness
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven organization and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with MarTech tools including Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress, HEAP and Adobe Programs preferred.
  • Familiarity with HTML a benefit.
  • Ability to travel domestically is required; some international travel may occur.
