Reach provides personalized programs, relevant engaging content and expert coaching across food and nutrition, activity and fitness, mindfulness and more.

We're looking for a Rockstar Head of Product Marketing to ensure Reach becomes a best-in-class consumer experience by deeply understanding customer needs, industry trends, understanding the product portfolio, competitive landscape and market insights. This leader will be responsible for creating demand for Reach by creating and positioning an effective value proposition in the market to achieve customer acquisition.

What you'll do:

  • Understand buyer’s needs by gathering market and competitive intelligence, analyzing the competitive and industry landscap
  • Develop product positioning and value propositions across multiple product verticals in multiple geographies
  • Collaborate with the product management team to establish the product roadmap for feature level development
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategy across various channels
  • Test product features and messaging
  • Evaluate product features and projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
  • Partner with the sales team to unsure product pitches and materials are top-notch
  • Monitor user acquisition and retention rates. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive growth in user acquisition.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, with 4+ years in consumer tech
  • Strong experience in integrating customer needs, product design and technology with an in-depth understanding of the healthcare industry, and an avid researcher of its emerging trends
  • Experience in launching world-class products in new markets and creative lateral thinking ability for identifying gaps in healthcare and wellness services/ product delivery
  • Mobile growth marketing experience a plus
  • Tech and start-up savviness
  • Articulate verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to building a diverse, equitable, inclusive work environment
