Integrated Marketing Manager
Our Opportunity:
Chewy is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team in one of our four locations (Plantation, FL; Boston, MA; Bellevue, WA; Minneapolis, MN)! The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background with experience using data and consumer insights to drive strategy, communication and creative across marketing channels. You will work closely with our brand, creative , channel, merchandising and operations partners, and will be responsible for managing processes and go-to-market plans that deliver effective, communications that drive deeper engagement and sales with Chewy.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, brief and report on marketing placements across retention channels, primarily email, site and other existing customer channels
- Partner with business to align marketing strategies to their goals and deliver against key objectives & drivers for the organization
- Use consumer research to derive qualitative and quantitative insights around motivations, behavior, attitudes, latent needs, and apply them to our existing customer marketing
- Report and present performance results to leadership/partners, summarizing findings and delivering overall recommendations for ongoing programs
- Partner with finance, supply chain, and customer service to ensure successful campaign execution and an optimized customer experience
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years in direct marketing channels (direct mail, email, site, app, etc), driving engagement, conversation, and preventing lapse/churn with existing customers
- 5+ year leading projects in a deadline driven environment
- 3+ years developing briefs and reporting on campaigns and program performance
- 3+ years working with data and consumer insights to drive strategic direction, analyze campaigns and develop effective marketing plans
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, demeanor
- Ability to guide creative direction through clear, effective communication
- Ability to analyze and report on results or findings and adjust as vital to improve important metrics
- Ability to multi-task and work well within a dynamic, fast-paced organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Tableau, Jira and Confluence a plus
- BA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
