About the Role

The marketing team is looking for an entrepreneurial, up-and-coming marketing professional to join our team. This person would serve as the ultimate generalist, helping the team plan and execute across marketing disciplines - advertising, content marketing, PR, employment marketing and more. This is an exciting role that will help the company build the Xinova brand and as we continue to grow in 2018.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of a fast-growing marketing team
• Take ownership of key marketing projects
• Assist in managing the company’s advertising/PR campaigns
• Coordinate social media planning and execution
• Brainstorm new ideas for engaging/converting our users and new customers
• Help the marketing team manage email marketing efforts
• Coordinate marketing budget expenditures
• Represent the company at marketing events
• Manage the team’s marketing project calendar

Requirements

• Bachelor's in marketing or equivalent job experience
• Comfort with learning new skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
• Comfortable with Office software and Macs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience/interest with a startup company
• 1-3 years of marketing experience
• Some exposure to advertising and or PR
• Local to the Seattle area
• Proactive in seeking new responsibilities
• Experience working at a tech company
• Experience/interest in email marketing
