Yesler is searching for a Marketing & IT Change Management Consultant to guide the design of marketing service offerings, build a communication plan, design new operational processes, and establish and run the governance for the implementation of our client's Global Demand Center. As Change Management Consultant, you will work directly with executive clients and Yesler stakeholders, acting as a coordinating body to ensure consistency across programs.
Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic migration, implementation and deployment plans on a global scale
  • Provide plan milestones and drive progression across each workstream
  • Establish and manage a centralized program tracking approach that provides a consistent, program-wide view of progress, issues, and interdependencies
  • Proactively identify and escalate project risks, issues or blockers and quickly develop solution recommendations to stay on track, e.g. risks to achieving milestone targets, communication plans, addressing skill deficiencies, escalating unattainable milestone targets, suggesting new organization structures, etc.
  • Facilitate coordination, support, and development of project teams, while leading and promoting cross-team collaboration
  • Identify areas and strategies for improved operational alignment across teams, which may include process, comms, organizational adjustments, engagement workflows, etc.
  • Communicate key information throughout the change effort (e.g., timelines, updates, interdependencies) to multiple stakeholders, from executives to internal teams
  • Travel up to 25% - both domestic and international

Qualifications

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in change management demonstrating the core skills required
  • 5+ years of business experience in a client service/consultant role around marketing and/or IT domains
  • Experience performing technology implementation or migration on a global scale
  • Experience in process automation/improvement, operations and marketing automation
  • Experience working with or in 'New IT' environments, e.g., Agile Delivery, scrum, sprint cycles, etc.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, expectation setting and upward management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in all modalities
  • Ability to upward manage and motivate various working styles across teams
  • Experience indirectly managing teams of approximately 10 resources
  • Experience working with and facilitating project teams across global markets and time zones
  • A record of success managing broad change in a global organization
  • 4 year degree in related field: Business, computer science, organization management
  • Up to 25% domestic and international travel required
