ABOUT THE POSITION:

You will report to the Senior Director of Customer Marketing and will collaborate with cross departmental teams in executing campaigns and programs to our small and mid market segments of prospect accounts. You'll be expected to manage campaigns from ideation through post-campaign reporting. You’ll track lifecycle programs to ultimately increase Pushpay’s mid-market and SME inbound marketing success. This position ensures the delivery of a variety of initiatives that power our company’s overall success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the design, execution, optimization of creative marketing campaigns for the mid-market segment (this includes the ongoing optimization of persona-based, denomination-based, and integration-based nurture streams).
  • Creation and ownership of the strategic plan for the SMB segment including, position, goals/objectives and tactical planning
  • Ownership of targeted events, direct mail, webinars, email programs, nurturing campaigns, advertising, and content syndication to support sales opportunity pipeline goals at the SMB segment
  • Definition of goals, and key performance indicators for the SMB segment
  • Work with the Content Marketing Manager, SMB to define the content strategy for the SMB segment, and forward looking plan
  • Manage the Content Marketing Manager, SMB to produce creative and engaging marketing assets including infographics, slideshares, social posts, landing pages, podcasts, animated gifs, product collateral, email offers, and other tools as needed.
  • Measure the results of marketing campaigns and use those learnings to inform future campaigns. You’ll monitor performance via real-time listening and analytics dashboards, pivoting and responding as needed. 
  • Project manage and collaborate to execute on deliverables including timelines, ROI/results, and changes/improvements.
  • Strategic decision-making that matches the needs of the sales team, helping field sales achieve their business objectives by generating opportunities
  • Ownership of ongoing communication to stakeholders on the sales team and share of information through a rebuild of internal tool: confluence
  • Work to identify and drive deployment of new segmentation based nurture programs with new and refreshed content 
  • Connecting on a regular cadence with sales leadership as well as providing content strategy and execution by sales stage

ABOUT YOU:

  • Highly organized: Demonstrated success with event planning, conference logistics, and project management.
  • Ability to communicate quickly and comprehensively across multiple departments and functions

  • Reliable: Able to juggle many tasks at once, communicate effectively throughout the project, and own the process until desired outcomes are achieved.

  • Creative and innovative: Sticks with effective ways of doing things, yet also generates new ideas for improvement. 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years’ experience in leading integrated content campaigns for a high-tech company
  • Excellent writer and communicator (written and verbal)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Deep knowledge of and confirmed results with digital marketing
  • Ambitious and a self-starter. Comfortable in ambiguity
  • Demonstrable understanding of marketing concepts, metrics, and tools
  • Proven marketing software experience
  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and optimization
  • Ability with driving programs and projects across cross functional teams within an organization
  • Multi-task oriented, ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Past experience and proficiency with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics a plus 
  • Marketo experience preferred

This position is located in Redmond, WA.  The candidate will need to be physically located in our WA HQ office.
