As the Data Analyst for Marketing, you’ll provide the data and insights to help the marketing team attain new heights. You’ll leverage data across product, sales and marketing systems to reveal trends and optimize marketing efforts.
We are seeking a passionate and very hands-on Marketing Data Analyst to own the marketing “reporting data stack” from defining the evolution of the data warehouse setup, reporting infrastructure/delivery to creating data models to help accelerate results with a data-driven approach.
Your contributions will include:
- Analyzing the performance of all marketing programs, and work with stakeholders across marketing to improve the ROI and impact of their programs
- Improving our decision making by building and refining reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Marketo, Wave, SQL Server, and PowerBI
- Creating data models and maintain dashboards for global marketing reporting (monthly and quarterly business reviews)
- Building connections and gather insights from the Nintex data warehouse, using data across product, marketing and sales
- Evaluating and improving data quality and cleanliness in Marketo, Salesforce, and other systems

To be successful we think you need:
- 3+ years of business analysis experience, ideally focused in sales or marketing
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com reporting
- Expert Excel skills, and experience writing SQL queries and stored procures in T-SQL
- Experience with PowerBI (DAX and M Language)
- Experience working with data warehouses and data visualization/BI tools (PowerBI, Wave, Tableau, etc)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to document and present findings results for audiences of all levels.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, maintain a high level of accuracy and integrity, and have excellent time management skills.
- BA or BS in business or a technical field
