About this role

Nortal is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to help scale and execute Partner and Digital Marketing strategies. You will be responsible for assisting in the execution of go-to-market partner plans, assisting with global and local events, marketing support for sales initiatives, and providing operational and metrics reporting for general campaigns.

Our ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, is innovative, and analytical with an eye for compelling content and a passion for solidifying business-critical relationships. You should have the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and global setting with constantly shifting priorities and goals. To be successful, you will need to be a strong communicator, great at meeting multiple deadlines, and comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

GENERAL

Facilitate messaging alignment with global marketing teams.

Run reporting and insights for internal (marketing, sales, and partner alliance teams) and external (cloud partners) transparency.

Content creation support in planning, ideation, drafting, editing, and execution.

PARTNER MARKETING

Assist with go-to-market (GTM) plans and partnership marketing roadmaps, in collaboration with numerous internal and external key stakeholders. Communicate frequently with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients to provide regular updates on the state of business.

Use internal partner platforms and systems to maintain a highly visible outlook of Nortal’s partnership with cloud service providers.

Work with partners and vendors to manage partner-facing conferences globally.

Coordinate creative and material (e.g. company giveaways, internal attendees, presentations, and social media campaigns) as needed.

Work with cloud partners to schedule, plan and execute broader local events.

Proactively engage Nortal’s software development teams to produce client case studies, and other ad-hoc content.

Work with sales on closed accounts to properly reflect sales pipeline in partner portals. 

 

DIGITAL MARKETING

Run day-to-day activities in social networking sites (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Meetup)

Develop and maintain a social media editorial calendar aligned Marketing, Partnership, and Sales Management goals.

Organize, write and edit content for Nortal US’s monthly newsletter.

Create and maintain social media and newsletter monthly metrics reports.

Schedule bi-weekly email campaigns (content will be provided by Marketing Manager) via a marketing automation system (MAS).

Create short-form web copy and make basic edits as needed.

Qualifications Required

 

2-3 years of full-time working experience

BA/ BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or other relevant field of study required

Deep interest in marketing’s role in sales-enablement.

Ability to set goals, prioritize, and complete action items with minimal manager oversight.

Strong basic project management skills with the ability to be flexible and deal with constantly shifting priorities and deadlines.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Understanding of traditional, digital and social media placement including planning, execution, and reporting.

Must be detail-oriented, organized, analytical, a problem-solver and have excellent follow-up skills.

Highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly and the dream to exceed expectations.

Authorized to work without visa/sponsorship.

Qualifications Preferred

B2B industry experience

Basic marketing automation platform experience (Pardot, Marketo, etc.)

Familiarity or interest in cloud technology

Basic Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop experience

Experience in go-to-market plans or execution, or project management, or program management, or integrated campaign planning.

Ability to set goals, objectives and KPIs independently with minimal manager oversight

Highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly and exceed expectations.

Effective in interacting with Nortal and partner executives globally
