Marketing Specialist 

DomainTools is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our expanding marketing team. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with multiple marketing managers in developing, managing, and executing marketing strategies and tactics including webinars, email marketing, online advertising, tradeshows, and content marketing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and demand generation, experience in B2B marketing and lead generation campaigns, a data driven mindset, and strong execution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tactical execution against various lead generation initiatives to convert leads and target accounts into pipeline for our sales teams.
  • Partner with marketing managers on the developing and executing digital marketing campaigns and account-based marketing campaigns. This will include target list development, webinar execution, data analysis, content review, budget tracking, working with key third-party vendors, and a variety of other tasks.
  • Facilitate communications with subject-matter experts to expedite content delivery.
  • Create, update and proactively manage marketing calendar.
  • Support event marketing logistics.
  • Communicate regularly with sales teams to garner input and report on results.
  • Accept ownership for executing new and different requests.
  • Reporting on campaign success.

Key Requirements

  • 2 years experience in marketing, B2B marketing and technology marketing preferred.
  • Experience with CRM technology such as Salesforce.com, ideally in creating and analyzing reports.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing principles such as funnel dynamics and sales pipeline.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, including experience in copywriting for demand generation and B2B audience.
  • Results-driven mentality with an ability to set, track and deliver on business goals.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage a high volume of competing tasks and demands
  • Sense of urgency, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment.
  • Basic HTML and Adobe Creative Cloud experience desired.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Undergraduate BS/BA degree
