How can you help?

We are currently looking for a PR Manager to join our marketing team!

Responsibilities

• Plan media presence for DefinedCrowd in the US market;
• Research the media landscape and speaking slot opportunities;
• Respond to requests for information from journalists and media outlets;
• Develop press releases and other media content to promote DefinedCrowd;
• Line up with other departments to maximize PR opportunities, such as participation at events;
• Provide talking points and prepare DefinedCrowd’s public speakers;
• Support the Communication & Brand team activities as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in journalism, PR, marketing or related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in PR in the US, from which 3 should be in a tech company or working at an agency with a tech client;
• Experience in AI and/or Startup companies is preferred, but not mandatory;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to pitch to media;
• Deep knowledge of the tech scene in the US;
• Creative mind, willing to think outside of the box and explore new angles;
• Able to perform well under pressure, tight deadlines and last-minute situations;
• Willingness to travel (occasionally);
• Tech enthusiast.
