The Senior Director of Customer Marketing at Outreach is responsible for delivering impactful programs that sustain the company’s industry-leading customer adoption and expand the total available market as we rapidly launch new products and capabilities.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Launching successful Lifecycle Customer Marketing campaigns that engage customers and increase expansion revenue by driving impactful email marketing, events, content, etc.
  • Creating a new Customer Evidence program that helps expand Outreach’s opportunities in new markets and industries.
  • Evolving Outreach’s Customer Advisory Board to increase satisfaction and partnership with our largest and most engaged customers.
  • Building a thriving Outreach Community that helps drive advocacy.
  • Driving end-to-end Customer Journey mapping to enable Outreach to deliver the right products, content, programs, and training to customers.

Qualifications

  • Creates a work environment that celebrates and drives execution for marketing team programs that increase diversity, equity & inclusion
  • Excellent at attracting, selecting, hiring and on-boarding top talent for current and long-term needs
  • Enthusiastic willingness to roll-up-your-sleeves and do whatever it takes 
  • Exceptional ability to drive key business objectives with data-driven insights 
  • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver on key milestones
  • Persistent and relentless creator and builder of marketing engines
  • Deep understanding of SaaS technology and expert at B2B marketing 
  • Previous experience at a high growth company and driving significant revenue growth at Enterprise companies is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree required and MBA strongly preferred
