About the Role:

We are seeking a results and data driven Sr Manager, Product Marketing to deeply understand our products and customers (plastic surgeons and medspa clinics).

You will drive meaningful products in terms of positioning, messaging, customer development and overall go-to-market; leading up to a launch. Post-launch, you will help with sales enablement and focus on driving demand, adoption, and the overall success of the product. This role is a critical fulcrum for the team and will work cross-functionally, unifying, influencing, and motivating peers across various roles within marketing and other key stakeholders.

In this role you will:

  • Deeply understand our customers, their needs, and how RealSelf supports them.
  • Articulate the value and positioning of our business solutions to our customers, prospects, sales teams, analysts, and other key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization, liaising with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Revenue Strategy to ensure coordinated and successful product launches in an iterative a/b testing environment.
  • Evangelize the customer perspective internally; providing data driven insights and anecdotal feedback that helps bring customer centricity to the whole company.
  • Take a data-driven approach to marketing effectiveness and be able to combine process-oriented thinking and data analysis with customer-centricity.
  • Establish and enforce standards for Success Metrics (such as customer satisfaction and retention), KPIs and reporting that will provide performance analysis.

You may be the right fit if you have:

  • 7-10 years of customer-oriented product marketing experience with a focus on B2B marketing
  • Ability to build, execute, and communicate a long-term strategic vision, while also balancing immediate priorities and opportunities in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and a results-driven mindset
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven leadership driving collaboration and results through cross-functional teams and peers.
  • Experience managing a marketing budget and designing marketing metrics to determine overall marketing effectiveness
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Proven track record in customer-facing marketing roles
  • Understanding of and experience with direct sales and channel sales coverage models

Travel:

Up to 15% travel time anticipated.

Work Environment:
