Smartsheet is seeking an experienced brand leader as a Senior Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience developing brand messaging and messaging strategy to drive awareness across the market and key customers as well as partnering with agencies to deliver creative resources. This essential role is part of the Brand Marketing Team and will report directly to the Sr. Director of Insights, Strategy, and Brand in our Bellevue Office.
Responsibilities

• Develop and drive alignment to a comprehensive, cross-company brand marketing calendar to ensure consistent, coherent, impactful messaging in the market.
• Implement messaging documentation framework and partner with other Smartsheet marketing disciplines to ensure product marketing, channel marketing, social, video, blog, and other marketing content is aligned to brand messaging
• Work with customer evidence team to identify and incorporate relevant, impactful customer stories into messaging execution
• Partner with external agency resources to ensure all creative and messaging is aligned to brand framework for both messaging and visual design
• Partner with manager on recommending and executing brand messaging and competitive messaging

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in a marketing, brand strategy, and messaging role
• Experience building out detailed messaging strategies and execution calendars
• Proven success working cross functionally to drive brand alignment
• Experience working with agencies on brand strategy, creative, and messaging
• Experience evaluating competitive brand messaging
• History of integrating customer stories into brand messaging
• Bachelor’s degree with MBA Preferred
• Ability to work in the US
