This role will work cross-functionally with customer success team, product marketing team, and sales and help us drive three efforts in our breadth partner space: (1) recruit partners for Nintex, (2) enable our partners to be able to sell all of our platform, and (3) grow our partner ecosystem to create robust marketing programs.

The Senior Partner Marketing Manager must be an unwavering champion of Nintex and able to positively and consistently position Nintex as the global leader in process management and automation to both internal stakeholders and external customers and partners. This role will require someone who can influence our partner sales organization and work collaboratively cross-functionally to achieve results.

Your contribution will be:

• Support the growth and reach of our breadth partners by developing and fine-tuning marketing programs that will attract net new partners while reinvigorating and elevating our existing partner ecosystem
• Work cross-functionally with sales and customer success organizations to create learning modules and certification paths to help onboard new and existing partners enabling partners to sell our end to end platform
• Own the marketing contents on Partner Central, the main Partner tool where Nintex information is housed, and work with teams to fill any marketing and program gaps
• Create and execute a partner communication strategy to ensure partners are always up to date on current Nintex events
• Leverage scalable programs and collaborate with field marketing team to drive overall revenue and new logo
• Become the subject matter expert on our breadth motion and be able to influence the broader marketing organization and senior leaders in additional investment opportunities

To be successful we think you need: 

• 2-3 years of experience working with partners in a SaaS environment
• A strong understanding of the partner eco-system and past experience messaging to and through partner relationships
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing 
• BA/BS required 
• MBA preferred
