The Challenge
The Delighted team at Qualtrics is on a mission to improve the customer and employee experience for growing businesses. Thousands of brands like Allbirds, Peloton, and DoorDash use Delighted to collect and act on customer and employee feedback in order to create loyalty-inspiring experiences for their audience.
We’re looking for a marketing copywriter to help us create content for all of our digital channels: website, email, and social.
Responsibilities
- Craft clear, concise, and compelling copy that speaks to our target audiences. Must be able to distill complicated concepts into persuasive and actionable thought leadership pieces and educational guides.
- Produce SEO-optimized web content (landing pages and blog articles) that increases site traffic and conversions.
- Reach our existing customer base and new audiences with compelling email messaging, honed through A/B testing.
- Build our social following with engaging social posts.
- Proofread and edit work from SEO vendors and contract writers for clarity, flow, and brand tone.
- Work with a designer to create the imagery you need to bring your content to life.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing and product teams on campaign and content ideation for our editorial calendar.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years writing experience
- Impeccable proofreading and editing skills
- Experience with WordPress or a similar content management system (CMS)
- A prolific writer who brings interesting and informed perspectives to a conversation
- Exceptional collaboration skills for building relationships with anyone, anywhere
- Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO standard methodologies
- Familiarity with driving audience engagement on social media platforms
- Experience working in a B2B or B2C tech environment a plus
- Interest in a data-driven approach to content creation. The idea of testing what copy or layout performs best for a given set of goals should intrigue you.
- Experience with SEO/Analytics tools a plus
