You: An account-based marketing expert, an enterprise B2B marketing genius, scrappy, organized, data-driven and ready to take lead on account-based marketing for an innovative healthcare technology startup. You are a T-Shaped marketer who’s comfortable doing it all, with a heavy focus on account-based marketing. You have a proven track record of using many-one and many-few techniques to drive penetration into key enterprise partners, using data to drive measurable business results, and have built lead-generation engines from the ground up. You understand complex attribution models and the terms LTV and CAC get you excited. Us: A company focused on solving the biggest public health crisis of our time via innovative technology solutions. We are:

  • Trustworthy: We do the right thing and we are dependable, honest and transparent with our employees, customers and partners.
  • Impactful: There is purpose behind why we come to work every day. We are here to change lives and our effort is focused on driving significant measurable results. We don’t reward a revved engine -- we reward the car moving forward.
  • Exceptional: We’re here to solve the biggest public health crisis of our time, and in order to do so, we know we have to hire the best. We seek out, hire and promote employees who are the hardest-working, most innovative, confident but humble, lifetime learners. In return we provide exceptional benefits, opportunities for continued growth, and dozens of other perks.
  • Gritty: Quite simply, we hire people who get things done. We don’t reward fancy presentations or busy work, we focus on those people who embrace the challenge, hustle, and confront challenges by “finding a way” – up the wall, over the wall or through the wall.
  • Empowering: We trust and support each other to do incredible work. This means lots of autonomy and ownership, and incredible opportunities to drive success. Have an idea for improvement supported with data? Tackle it. Think of a better way to move forward? Bring it up! We have no egos and know that we all get better by challenging the status quo.
  • Rapid:  We’re in the middle of an epidemic, and it’s a race to find a solution, as lives literally depend on it. For that reason, we need to move at a uniquely rapid pace to accomplish our objectives. A slow-moving, bureaucratic organization, we are NOT. We seek out employees who are proactive, agile, and embrace a test & learn, frequent value delivery approach.
