About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical individual to lead our paid search marketing efforts. While RealSelf is the leading aesthetics marketplace, our paid marketing efforts are in their infancy and so this is an opportunity to have a major impact on both our marketing and the company as a whole.

In this role you will:

• Own all aspects of the Paid Search marketing channel, growing volume and improving economics
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, testing new hypotheses on a regular and frequent basis
• Train junior team members on best practices, overseeing daily management and optimizations within accounts (including creative, keywords, bids and landing pages)
• Manage towards monthly targets and collaborate with internal stakeholders to build quarterly forecasts, clearly communicating risks and opportunities to the team
• Partner with marketing analytics team to develop reports and insights
• Automate workflows where possible to allow the team to focus on the highest value activities

About You:

We're looking for a self-motivated, creative problem-solver who isn't afraid to get their hands-dirty.

You may be the right fit if you have:

• B.S. or M.S. degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Economics, Math, Statistics, or Engineering) and 7+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing paid search campaigns, alongside a willingness to get your hands dirty
• Exceptional analytical skills, including extensive experience with tools such as Looker, Tableau or Excel. SQL knowledge a plus
• Outstanding problem solving skills. You approach every problem from first principles and dig deep for insights and solutions
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get things done
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Travel is not anticipated for this role

Work Environment:

The RealSelf office sits in a historic Pioneer Square building. Employees also have the option to bring their dogs to work!
