Job Summary

The Senior Paid Search Analyst is responsible for supporting all aspects of paid search campaigns from strategy development, implementation, optimization, reporting and analysis. Your responsibilities also include the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns (PPC, pay per click) and banner advertisement service offerings on multiple channels including Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Ideally, you are self-starter who can manage all detailed aspects of client's paid search campaign activities. You should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in online marketing with a heavy focus on paid search management across multiple channels. This individual should possess a great depth of tactical knowledge in paid search services.

Responsibilities

  • Research and develop paid search campaign strategies and plans for our clients
  • Uncover opportunities for optimization by conducting keyword research utilizing a variety of tools
  • Meet, or exceed, ROI goals for clients by continuously optimizing platforms, campaigns, keywords, ad copy and landing pages
  • Facilitate the management and growth of digital advertising accounts
  • Analyze and report on digital advertising campaign results and present to client by documented reports and presentations
  • Develop and maintain understanding of marketplace dynamics and key players, and communicate to internal and external customers
  • Lead trainings to develop new talent, advance practice to new topics in the industry, and reinforce Wheelhouse DMG SEM best practices to the team

Skills and Attributes

  • Experience in the application of paid search and search engine marketing practices.
  • Experienced with paid search keyword research, campaign construction, daily optimization, test plan construction, and in-depth analysis is required.
  • Experienced in creating and presenting campaign reports including ROI, conversion rates, etc.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially in Microsoft Excel, and other Paid Search, Web Analytics applications.
  • Google AdWords and BingAds Certified preferred.
  • BA/BS from accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in paid search operations with an understanding of web analytics.
