The Vice President of Customer Marketing is responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution plan that helps Outreach drive impactful business outcomes for customers. 

This leader will manage a team that helps drive expansion into new roles and industries while sustaining Outreach's industry-leading customer adoption.

We are searching for an exceptional leader to evolve customer marketing as we rapidly launch new products and capabilities.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Delivering on strategic priorities and programs that operationalize customer obsession 
  • Driving business strategy and new market opportunity analysis to recommend new customer segmentation and targeting as the company expands
  • Creating differentiated marketing campaigns that sustains Outreach's #1 position in the rapidly evolving Sales Engagement Platform space
  • Targeting new markets and workflows using data-driven insights and analysis 
  • Re-architecting the Outreach Customer Evidence and Reference program to increase Enterprise Credibility and drive expansion
  • Working collaboratively with the Professional Services and Customer Success teams to market our differentiated capabilities to customers. 
  • Re-launching and expanding our Sales Professional Community

Qualifications

  • Creates a work environment that celebrates diversity, equity & inclusion, and drives execution for Outreach programs that drive meaningful change.
  • Excellent at attracting, selecting, hiring and on-boarding top talent for current and long-term needs
  • Exceptional ability to drive key business objectives with data-driven insights 
  • Highly entrepreneurial, creative, and open-minded
  • Enthusiastic willingness to roll-up-your-sleeves and do whatever it takes in a sometimes ambiguous and fast-changing environment
  • Ability to quickly understand the Outreach product line and how it can evolve to grow in the rapidly changing sales technology space.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS technology and expert at B2B marketing 
  • Previous experience at a high growth company and driving significant revenue growth at Enterprise companies is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree required and MBA strongly preferred
